1. How can I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our website or by messaging us on our Facebook page. For website orders, simply choose your preferred product, select the size, and complete checkout. If you order through Facebook, please send your product details, size, name, address, and phone number in the inbox.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We offer Cash on Delivery and Advance Payment options. Advance payments can be made through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and card. In some cases, advance payment may be required to confirm the order.
3. How do I choose the right size?
We provide a detailed size chart to help you choose the best fit. Please compare the measurements with your current outfit before ordering. You can view the full size chart here: View Size Chart
4. Where is your outlet located?

Outlet Address: 30/14 Tajmohol Road, Block C, Mohammadpur, Dhaka 1207

Landmark: Opposite Tokyo Square

Outlet Time: 10 AM to 9 PM

5. How is the product quality?
At AAZ, we always focus on maintaining good product quality, comfort, and finishing. We try our best to ensure that the product you receive matches the display and description. If you face any issue at the time of delivery, you may return the product immediately by paying the delivery charge.
6. How long does delivery take?
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier process.
  • Inside Dhaka: Usually 3 to 4 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: Usually 4 to 5 working days
During campaign periods, festivals, or high-order seasons, delivery may take slightly longer.
7. What is your delivery system?
We provide home delivery all over Bangladesh through courier service. For some areas, especially outside Dhaka, delivery charge may need to be paid in advance for order confirmation. Please note that advance delivery charge is non-refundable once the parcel is processed.
8. Do you offer emergency or express delivery?
Yes, express delivery may be available for selected locations and urgent cases. To check availability and charges, please contact us before placing your order. Contact us for express delivery
9. What is your exchange policy and charge?
If you need a size exchange, the following exchange charge will apply:
  • Inside Dhaka: 100 TK
  • Outside Dhaka: 150 TK
Charge may vary and exchange from our outlet is free. The product must be unused, fresh, and in exchangeable condition.
10. What is the delivery charge?
Our regular delivery charges are:
  • Inside Dhaka: 65 TK
  • Outside Dhaka: 115 TK
  • Dhaka Suburbs: 115 TK
Delivery charge may change for urgent delivery, remote areas, or special campaign offers.
11. How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed and processed, you can track it through our order tracking system. Please use your order details to check the current delivery status here: Track Your Order
12. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can request order cancellation before the parcel is shipped. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. For cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
13. What should I do if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
If you receive a wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us immediately with your order details and product photos. Our support team will review the issue and guide you through the replacement or solution process.
